Class and Tour Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel ANY class or tour due to unsafe weather conditions.
- If we cancel your class due to unsafe weather conditions, you have the option of a “rain check” or a credit for another scheduled class.
- If we cancel for any other reason, you have the option of a full refund or transfer to another class.
- A partial refund will be given if you cancel 7 days or more before a class, with a $10 per person service charge
- NO REFUND will be given if you cancel your class less than 7 days of your class or fail to attend that class.
- No store credit or class transfers within this period are allowed unless you are able to find a substitute paddler (who meets the skill
requirements) to fill your reserved space.
